Altonaids recognised in national customer service award

Altonaids Mobility Ltd is celebrating being named one of the UK’s leading scooter and powered wheelchair dealerships in a national award that recognises outstanding service to customers of the Motability Scheme. The awards are based on direct customer feedback, and Altonaids Mobility Ltd achieved highly commended status in the medium category.

The awards recognise commitment to going above and beyond to deliver high standards of care and achieving phenomenal feedback from Motability Scheme customers. Across three categories – large with a fleet size over 200, medium with a fleet size between 100 and 200, and small for those with a fleet between 35 and 100 – both a winner and a highly commended accolade was awarded.

Mr Paul Armstrong, Managing Director of Altonaids Mobility Ltd, commented:

“We are so proud to be highly commended in these awards, especially as providing excellent customer service for our Motability Scheme customers is something our fantastic team takes very seriously. A huge thank you to all of our customers for their great feedback, it really means a lot that our customer service has made a positive difference to their experience.”
